This home on approx 18 acres is less than half a mile off Highway 19, 5 minutes from Inverness. A spacious home, there are 3 bedrooms on the upper level and one - two if desired - on the lower. Comprehensive renovations have just been completed:
In 2021: A new oil HW furnace was installed, and separate electric hot water heater. The exterior chimney for the fireplaces was stucco-ed and had a new liner.
In 2022 the roof was replaced.
In 2023 the lower level was completely rebuilt: new floor system, drywall, drop ceiling, wiring, radiators, light fixtures, bathroom… Also the driveway has just been graveled as it winds from the North Highlands Road to the house.
The Land

The land around the house is mostly meadow with occasional trees, including some lovely individual planted varieties like cedar, catalpa, various kinds of pine, purple maple and more, for a park-like effect.
Just a few feet from the edge of the field south of the house, hidden in alders, is the MacIsaac Brook that crosses the property.
