This dramatic oceanfront land is at the very northern tip of Cape Breton, near Meat Cove. Rugged hills and rocky oceanfront is the rule here. The road to Meat Cove itself is the inland border of the property so access is available to every part of the parcel. By map measurement the property is around 33 acres, with over 3,000 feet of shorefront.
There is short driveway at one point (see the northernmost part of the road) leading to a large concrete and stone pad overlooking the ocean with spectacular views in both directions. (This spot was crowded during the April 8 2024 total eclipse of the sun!). The northern area of the property has the prime building sites, further along the road to Meat Cove the land drops steeply from the road.
Views from the pad, west and east:
Otherwise the land is untouched. Off a rocky point on the property lies Shag rock, a local landmark.
